For newly married couple like you, having a baby must be a dream that you have to achieve. However, it punches you on your face hard as you’ve planned everything concerning babies, but it turns out that you get troubles in getting pregnant.

Try not to be panic! This is a normal occasion. Even though you are having sex a couple of times a week, it may still take a while to get pregnant. And there are factors that contribute to troubles getting pregnant. Here are the factors you may know;

1)    Irregular periods
Irregular periods comes from how hormones control your cycle of menstrual so that any hormonal imbalances cause irregular periods. However, this has no relation with the length of your cycle. Irregular periods can mean that ovulation doesn’t occur every month (known medically as an ovulation).

2)    Implantation
Occasionally, fertilization takes place but the egg doesn’t cultivate safely in the womb lining and is missing in the next period. This can be related to your trouble in getting pregnant.

3)    Age
It is said that the older you are, the fewer your chances of getting pregnant. But it is also told that many women over 35 have healthy pregnancies and babies. This must have a relation in trouble getting pregnant, but as long as your couple sperm has no problem and you are still a healthy woman, you can still get pregnant.

4)    Sperm
Sperm can be the biggest factor of all. Your partner’s sperm quality and quantity can influence your chances to get pregnant. Sperm production can be affected by untreated sexually transmitted infections, extreme heat, smoking, drinking and taking drug and injuries to the testicles. But until now, the exact reason why there aren’t enough healthy sperm cannot be found sometimes.

5)    Medical conditions
Several syndrome caused by chlamydia such as Polycystic ovary syndrome, Hughes syndrome, thyroid disorders, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and blocked fallopian tubes are some of the disorders that can give troubles in getting pregnant.

I tell you more;

It’s about eight out of ten women will get pregnant within twelve months of trying, and about one in eight women has troubles getting pregnant. As has been mentioned above, as you get older: fewer women get pregnant in their first 12 months of trying when they are more than 35 years old.

There is still other explanation you must know concerning troubles getting pregnant, I’ll give you the percentages. When a couple are having trouble getting pregnant; about 40% there are problems with the woman, about 40% with the man, and in about 20% is the problems whose caused cannot be found.

So you don’t have to be worry and blame yourself as you are the only cause that makes you have troubles in getting pregnant because the cause is not completely at yours.
